Overview

Commercial storage that scales to 2.5 MW.

The Apium 100 kW–2.5 MW C&I ESS solution is built from modules. The PCS (100 or 125 kW) charges and discharges a 630–1,000 V lithium battery at up to 175 or 200 A, with a built-in EMS for zero export, time-of-use optimisation, peak shaving, demand control and load tracking. MPPT modules add up to 200 kWp of solar each, on 8 trackers.

The STS module switches between grid and off-grid in under 10 ms and connects grid, load and generator paths of 500 kW each. Up to five 100 kW or four 125 kW PCS units run per STS module, and up to five STS modules in parallel, for systems up to 2.5 MW. It pairs with Apium ORION W (GB-W) battery storage.
